Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an FSQA Manager, Technical Services to serve as technical authority for ingredient commercialization, supplier qualification, specification management, and product quality performance. You will lead complex innovation, renovation, supply continuity, and supplier onboarding from concept through implementation.

You will collaborate with Product Development, Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, Marketing, Regulatory, and suppliers to ensure ingredients meet safety,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in Food Safety & Quality Assurance or Product Development, preferably in QSR.
• Certifications such as ServSafe or HACCP, with ongoing education.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills for leadership audiences.
• Experience in manufacturing quality management and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end commercialization for new ingredients and product renovations.
• Act as technical authority for supplier qualification, scale-up, and specs.
• Oversee quality, safety, regulatory, and brand standards across ingredients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate changes to leadership.
• Drive process improvements, SOPs, and risk-reduction solutions.
• Guide consumer and analytical product testing to support decisions.
