Job summary

Project LLC in Texas is seeking an FSQA Supervisor to lead Quality Assurance Technicians and ensure food safety, quality standards, and high performance. The role requires coordinating with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, and Maintenance to resolve non-conforming material.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (GED) and 2–4 years of supervisory experience, with strong QA knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 2–4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of QA/QC practices and manufacturing processes.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise QA technicians and prioritize their work.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Shipping/Receiving, Maintenance to resolve non-conforming material.
• Schedule inspections and prepare related work instructions and standards.
• Ensure records of discrepant materials are kept in retrievable form.
• Develop training materials for QA staff and contract manufacturers.
• Ensure compliance with USDA-FSIS regulations and safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area per GMP and safety policies.
