DOS Project LLC is seeking an FSQA Supervisor to oversee QA Technicians and ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance at our Michigan facility.

The role requires strong leadership and hands-on supervision, coordinating with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to meet schedules while maintaining GMP and FSIS standards. Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing is preferred, with a focus on teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• QA/QC practices and manufacturing techniques.
• Familiar with GMP and safety policies.
• HS Diploma or GED with 2–4 years supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise QA Technicians and set work priorities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, Production, Shipping/Receiving, and Maintenance to resolve nonconforming material.
• Schedule and assist with inspections; prepare related instructions.
• Maintain records of discrepant materials; ensure retrievability.
• Assist and train QA staff and contract manufacturers.
• Support USDA-FSIS compliance and company quality objectives.
