FSQR Tech I- Is responsible for monitoring and control of one or more FSQR area(s), and assisting production personnel regarding food quality and/or food safety issues. This position is specifically responsible for monitoring the adequacy of sanitary dressing process through inspection of the carcasses and providing feedback to operations.
