Job summary

Cargill in Dodge City, KS is hiring for a Second Shift FSQR role. You will perform pre-operational inspections, audit product and processes for specification compliance, and sample and test product as required.

Responsibilities include conducting HACCP-related SOPs, supporting Production as a specification resource, and performing SSOP audits. Ability to work in a cold environment and read/write English is required.

Qualifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to work in a cold environment (< 32°F to -35°F)
• Ability to handle meat products
• Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, late shifts, Saturdays/Sundays as needed)
• Must read and write in English
• Previous FSQR experience or Supervisor experience
