Job summary

OSI Group, a premier global food provider, seeks a Manager-FSQA Customer Support to support North America Zone FSQA Directors, processing plants and other OSI functions by working directly with customers and implementing customer-focused activities.

This individual contributor role conducts process verification audits, facilitates customer audits, collects and trends complaints, and supports root cause analysis for product or process deviations while aligning with safety and quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the food industry at plant level.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Familiar with continuous improvement tools.
• Willingness to travel 30% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process verification audits to ensure facilities meet customer requirements.
• Facilitate customer audits, inquiries and escalations.
• Collect, track and trend complaints; present data to customers and leadership.
• Support root cause analysis for product or process deviations and tie to corrective actions.
