Job Summary:

This role oversees elements of B&G Foods' facility documentation management, quality systems and supplier documentation platforms, including TraceGains. This individual contributor ensures that all technical documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulatory and customer requirements. The coordinator supports audits, vendor onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives across food safety and quality programs.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday | 7:00am-5:30pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and document management systems.
• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance, documentation, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of ownership and initiative.

Compensation Range:

$47,850 - $69,000
