FSQA Lead and Specialist – Location: Vista, California

As the FSQA Lead, you’ll own the systems and documentation that protect product integrity, support certifications, and strengthen a company-wide culture of quality. Your work will directly influence compliance, customer trust, and safe, high-quality products reaching the market.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and manage FSQA documentation, SOPs, records, and training files within the eQMS
• Ensure document accuracy, version control, and audit readiness at all times
• Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and certification submissions
• Lead traceability exercises and supplier program documentation
• Train teams on document control and quality system best practices

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Quality, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, BRCGS, FDA, and USDA standards
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing confidential information
• Experience with document management systems and Microsoft Office
