B&G Foods, Inc. is seeking an FSQA Supervisor to oversee daily food safety and quality operations, supervise FSQA technicians, and drive regulatory compliance across GMPs, HACCP, and preventive controls.
The role emphasizes audits, CAPA, and cross-functional collaboration on the production floor. The candidate will lead investigations, prepare regulatory documentation, and support SQF/Kosher audits while maintaining FSQA records and generating HACCP verifications.

The FSQA Supervisor oversees daily food safety and quality operations to ensure the consistent production of safe, wholesome, and high‑quality products that meet regulatory, customer, and company standards. This role supervises FSQA technicians, leads verification and monitoring activities, supports regulatory and third‑party audits, and serves as backup to the FSQA Manager. The FSQA Supervisor is a key driver of compliance, continuous improvement, and cross‑functional communication.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range:
$61,500.00 - $102,500.00
Final base pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to; role responsibilities, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and/or internal pay equity. Please keep in mind that we consider internal pay equity and hiring at the maximum of the salary range uncommon.
Total pay may include other forms of compensation including short-term incentive bonus.
