Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking an FSQ Technician to support the quality and safety program across production. You will assist with testing, documentation, and compliance with GMP and HACCP standards to ensure our premium products meet customer expectations.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment. Shift: B, with occasional Saturday duties and opportunities for growth within a family-owned

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures.
• Strong data interpretation and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and related software.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support FSQ team to maintain product quality and safety standards.
• Document findings and report non-conformances to Level 2 technicians.
• Perform finished product testing and record data accurately.
• Conduct GMP and SSOP inspections daily and support audits.
• Assist with raw material testing if assigned to the lab.
• Support calibration and upkeep of laboratory equipment.
• Communicate material issues to the team and maintain records.
• Complete weekly and monthly tasks as assigned.
