Job summary

Blount Fine Foods Corp. is seeking a quality and safety-focused role to assist FSQ management in maintaining overall product quality and safety. The position supports daily tasks and documentation, with coverage in the absence of a FSQ Technician II.

The role involves performing finished product testing, inspections for food safety hazards, and material testing with data entry. Training in HACCP and adherence to GMPs is expected, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Responsibilities

• Receives leadership and daily direction from shift FSQ Senior Technician & Supervisor.
• Notifies Tech Level 2 or higher when non-conformances are noted and ensures proper documentation.
• Performs required finished product testing and completes documentation and data entry for FSQ activities.
• Conducts Food Safety Inspections in the production environment (inter-batch cleaning).
• Conducts QPE and Packout quality auditing to maintain batching and packaging specs.
• GMP and SSOP daily inspections.
• Performs second day testing and raw material inspections with data entry.
• Organizes finished product retains and informs the team of raw material issues.

Education
