Job summary

Gehl Foods is hiring a FSQ Technician for the 3rd shift (10pm–6:30am). You will execute quality monitoring routines, perform physical/chemical testing, and support postproduction QA responsibilities in a fast-paced lab environment.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in QA within food/beverage manufacturing, a high school diploma, and ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs. Teamwork and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute Quality Monitoring Scheme routines.

• Conduct postproduction testing.
• Run pre-operation routines.
• Perform CIP validation with allergen swabs.
• Coordinate sample collection and storage.
• Review and authorize quality records.
• Verify prerequisite records and programs.
• Maintain FSQ Lab area cleanliness.

Shift/Schedule: 3rd Shift/10pm - 6:30am
Pay: Base + Shift Differential = $19/hour (+ based on experience)
