General Atomics in Herndon, VA is seeking a Contract Program Security Officer & FSO Manager to lead classified and proprietary security programs. You will coordinate security activities, develop procedures, and liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with NISPOM, DOD directives, and ICD series.

This role requires clear leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; 11+ years security experience.
• Direct CPSO/CSSO experience in corporate or government env.
• Top Secret DoD clearance with SAP/SCI access.
• Willingness to travel and extended hours.
• Experience with DOD processes and procedures desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, investigate, and resolve classified security issues and ensure compliance with security programs.
• Administer and coordinate security activities per federal regulations and company policies.
• Liaise with government agencies, external customers, and contractors for compliance.
• Coordinate with agencies for rulings and deviations for regulations.
• Develop SOPs, Emergency Action Plans, and Program Protection Plans.
• Manage security programs for classified and proprietary materials and equipment.
