Job summary

Asurion is seeking a Manager for Forward Stocking Locations to lead performance across multiple sites, ensuring timely inventory and compliant operations. You will partner with internal teams and field providers to deliver superior customer experiences and protect contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in service management or technical roles
• Proven track record in cost reduction, quality management, and customer service
• Experience with vendor relations and department/team management
• Willingness to travel; ability to present to diverse stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Ensure FSLs comply with all contractual agreements
• Maintain and manage signed agreements, contracts, insurance for FSLs
• Guarantee FSLs receive and stock inventory in a timely manner
• Train and certify FSLs on processes
• Deliver training to FSLs and update standards and policies
• Conduct on-site field inspections and service center evaluations
• Rate service providers on performance and service quality
• Identify and track potentially lost shipments
• Investigate shrink and charge FSLs accordingly
• Work with FSLs through RMA, purge, cycle count processes
• Track in stock percentage, committed vs available inventory
• Manage inventory compliance and cost-control at the FSL level
• Resolve escalations from FSLs and related issues
• On-site visits to FSL locations; 15-20% travel requirement
