Job summary

Asurion seeks a Supervisor for its forward stocking operations to oversee day-to-day activities, inventory accuracy, and cross-functional collaboration. You will supervise the team, ensure adherence to protocols, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced distribution environment.

The role requires coordinating with multiple internal partners, coaching staff, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain integration, logistics network designs and warehouse best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to navigate and root cause opportunities to seek resolution.
• Strong ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changes.
• Strong verbal and written communication, presentation and team facilitation skills.
• Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be self-managed and set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Implement warehouse operations and administrative support to meet quality and productivity metrics and overall business needs.
• Supervise teams to ensure product arrival dispositions follow process, inventory and shipping protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues related to office management (telephony, computers, printers, facilities).
• Maintain inventory accuracy by researching and following up on discrepancies.
• Update department work instructions and improve process flow.
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned by manager.
• Collaborate proactively across departmental boundaries and support cross-functional teams.
• Coach and train local staff and provide feedback to management on quality operations.
• Facilitate and supervise vehicle parking, maintenance and compliance.
• Operate daily in compliance with federal, state and local authorities; accommodate weekends/holidays if needed.
