Job summary

Asurion seeks a Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and administrative duties at our New Jersey forward stocking locations for in-home client programs. You will support the SCM team and ensure processes meet service levels and company guidelines.

The role requires leading teams, improving workflows, and coordinating with cross-functional groups. You will handle claims and returns workflows, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply chain integration and logistics network design.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• 3 years of relevant experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
• Supervise teams to ensure correct disposition, inventory, and shipping.
• Troubleshoot office systems (telephony, computers, printers, facilities).
• Maintain inventory accuracy and investigate discrepancies.
• Update work instructions and improve processes.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to meet goals.
• Coach and train staff on new processes and changes.
• Provide feedback to management on quality operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local rules.
