Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design scalable FSC-based solutions for Banking and Financial Services clients. The role emphasizes architecture, integration, and stakeholder management, with a focus on FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.

You will lead teams, mentor engineers, and ensure governance and security best practices while delivering end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong integration skills with REST/SOAP and MuleSoft.
• Banking/financial services domain experience required.
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Build onboarding, servicing, and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Journey Builder.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, and external banking systems.
• Ensure Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership and architecture governance.
