Job summary

Cognizant in the United States invites applications for a Salesforce Solution Architect specializing in FSC, OmniStudio and Marketing Cloud. You will design scalable Salesforce solutions for Banking/Financial Services, lead architecture decisions, integrate with external systems, and mentor delivery teams.

Required FSC, OmniStudio, Marketing Cloud expertise, strong leadership and communication skills, and hands-on experience with integration patterns and security best practices.

Qualifications

• FSC expertise required for banking/FS clients.
• Experience with OmniStudio components and Marketing Cloud.
• Strong integration and security governance knowledge.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
• Design and implement FSC, OmniStudio, and Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Build onboarding and engagement journeys using OmniScripts, FlexCards and DataRaptors.
• Define integration architecture using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
• Ensure Salesforce security, governance, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture governance.
