Job summary

Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Processing Operator for WM Team B to manage frying operations and support kettle processes. This role is full-time, on-site, with 12-hour shifts and a fast-paced environment.

You’ll monitor kettles, assist Lead Kettle Operator, maintain oil levels, coordinate with prep and packing, ensure quality and food safety, complete logs, and keep your area clean. Requires physical stamina and mechanical aptitude; pay is $19.75/hr.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a hot, noisy environment.
• Physical stamina to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate kettles and monitor the frying process.
• Assist the Lead Kettle Operator and step in as needed.
• Maintain oil levels and adjust equipment (including slicers).
• Coordinate with prep and packing teams.
• Inspect product for quality and food safety.
• Complete logs and report issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and keep area organized.
