Herr Foods Inc. is seeking a Process Operator to join our Nottingham, PA facility. This full-time role requires operating fryers, mixers, and processing equipment, performing changeovers, and maintaining ERP records.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical abilities and be able to operate and troubleshoot processing equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must complete a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate potato chip fryers, dough mixers, and processing equipment.
• Perform changeovers and setup of mixing and cooking equipment.
• Clean machine parts, manage waste, and monitor tank levels.
• Enter production data and track batch information in ERP system.
• Maintain accurate ERP records for production status and materials.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
• Perform other ERP-related duties as assigned.
