Job summary

Dieffenbach’s Snacks in Womelsdorf, PA is seeking a Production Supervisor Level II for the WM Team D to oversee daily operations and people leadership on the snack production floor.

You'll coach and develop team members, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with QA and other teams. Training begins on day shift with gradual transition to the second shift; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must lead frontline production teams and coach staff.
• Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to flex across shifts to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production, coach team members, and support problem-solving, safety, and quality.
• Partner with QA and operations to uphold safety, quality, and compliance.
• Maintain records and ensure GMPs and food safety practices.
