WindRiver Living is a luxury lakefront and golf community offering world-class amenities and a vibrant lifestyle. The Fry Cook role owns the fry and grill station, delivering high-quality fried and grilled items to WindRiver standards while maintaining safe, clean kitchen operations.

You will manage prep and inventory for your station, communicate with the team, and uphold professionalism to ensure an exceptional guest experience, including ServSafe compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of food service experience with fry or grill station experience.
• ServSafe Certification required or able to obtain within 30 days.
• High school diploma preferred; must be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run the fry/grill station to WindRiver standards.
• Monitor fryer/grill temps and oil quality.
• Portion and plate according to guide; maintain quality.
• Handle allergen and dietary requests accurately.
• Keep station, equipment, and storage areas clean and sanitized to health code standards.
• Manage prep levels, inventory, and stock rotation.
• Complete opening/closing duties and daily/weekly routines.
• Follow safety protocols around hot oil, open flame.
• Communicate with kitchen team on timing and orders.
• Maintain ServSafe compliance and attend required trainings.
• Filter and change fryer oil on schedule, reporting degradation.
• Cross-train and support other stations as directed.
• Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and uniform standards.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or injuries immediately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the guest experience
