Job summary

Reyna's BBQ & Cocina is hiring a Fry Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen in Texas. You will play a key role in delivering our fried items to accompany smoked meats in a high-volume setting.

The role requires fryer experience, the ability to read orders from the kitchen POS, strong communication, and a commitment to sanitation. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Experience frying in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to read and follow orders from the kitchen POS.
• Commitment to sanitation procedures and food safety.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment.
• Legal to work in the United States; 18+ years old.
• Able to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• High volume production of fried items.
• Prep food items by recipe and volume.
• Read and comprehend orders from kitchen POS screens.
• Demonstrate urgency and a strong work ethic.
• Adhere to sanitation procedures and maintain hygiene.
• Maintain neat appearance and proper personal hygiene.
• Have proper documentation to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
