Chick’n Headz, LLC in Bentonville seeks an experienced Head Fry Cook to join our restaurant team. You will set up and break down frying stations, assist with prep work, and fry food to fulfill orders during your shift.

Applicants should have at least 1 year experience with deep fryers in a cook-to-order restaurant. Cooks must handle multiple orders calmly in a fast-paced kitchen, work across all shifts, and demonstrate reliable transportation and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Experience handling raw chicken.

Responsibilities

• Operate fryers and grills according to instructions.
• Prepare food items like poultry and fish for frying.
• Rotate product using FIFO to ensure freshness.
• Monitor time and heat to avoid under/overcooking.
• Assist in menu item preparation with coordinated timing.
• Maintain portion control and consistent cooking/presentation.
• Keep fryers, grills, and work area clean and sanitized.
• Assist in inventory stocking and restocking, and oil management.
