Bavarian Inn Restaurant in Frankenmuth, MI is hiring a Fry Cook to join a busy kitchen team. The role offers 20–40 hours per week at $16.75 per hour with evening and weekend shifts. You’ll fry menu items, manage fryers, and help keep orders moving with accuracy and speed.

Our Fry Cookswork in a busy, high-energy kitchen to prepare hot, consistent, high-qualityfood for our guests. We’re looking for someone who can stay focused underpressure, communicate with the team, and work with a sense of urgency to keeporders moving. Commercial fryer experience is preferred, but we’ll alsoconsider someone with restaurant kitchen experience who can quickly learn thestation.

What You’llDo

• Prepare fried menu items according to establishedrecipes, cooking times, and quality standards
• Safely operate commercial fryers and monitor cookingtemperatures
• Coordinate multiple orders while maintaining propertiming and food quality
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safetystandards

What We’reLooking For

• Commercial fryer or professional cooking experiencepreferred
• Basic knowledge of fryer operation, safety,temperatures, and timing—or the ability to learn quickly
• Able to stay focused and organized in a fast-pacedkitchen
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work as partof a team
• Willing to learn our menu, recipes, and kitchenprocedures

BasicRequirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• 3+ months of restaurant or commercial kitchenexperience; fryer experience preferred
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and remainstanding or walking throughout the shift
• Comfortable working around heat, hot oil, andcommercial cooking equipment
