Requirements

• Previous food service, restaurant, or kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate commercial kitchen equipment, including fryers
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and safe food handling practices
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive kitchen tasks
• Reliable attendance and a positive, customer‑focused attitude

Job Duties

• Prepare, batter, and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Operate commercial fryers safely and monitor cooking times and temperatures
• Inspect food products to ensure quality, freshness, and consistency
• Minimize food waste through proper preparation and cooking techniques
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
• Maintain cleanliness of fryers, kitchen equipment, and workstations
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Properly store and handle food products to maintain quality and safety
• Assist with food preparation and support other kitchen stations during busy periods
• Promote and represent the TABASCO brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Perform additional kitchen and food service duties as assigned
