Quirch Foods in Nashville, TN is seeking a Warehouse Selector to accurately pick orders from pick tickets in a refrigerated environment. You will operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices to locate, palletize, wrap, and ship product using FIFO, while maintaining safety and data accuracy.

The role requires 18+, ability to read and follow instructions, and physical stamina to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in a warehouse as a selector operating powered equipment.
• Able to work in a refrigerated environment 0–36 degrees.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and comprehend English to perform tasks.
• Physical lifting up to 20–100 pounds and sustained movement.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions to select product from a pick ticket in a refrigerated/frozen warehouse.
• Operate forklift, electric pallet jack and additional equipment as needed.
• Identify and select cases from inventory locations accurately.
• Pick, palletize, wrap and scan orders using FIFO.
• Hand stack product in a specific sequence and location on a pallet for shipment.
• Maintain product integrity during handling and storage.
• Return undelivered or mis-picked product to proper inventory locations.
• Transport product to the shipping area within expected time.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
