Job summary

Quirch Foods Southeast, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Selector in Wisconsin to join our refrigerated/frozen distribution team. You will follow directions to pick items, operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks, and accurately scan orders while using FIFO methods.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• English literacy to read labels, pick lists, scanners and instructions.
• Warehouse experience as a selector operating powered equipment (forklifts, electric pallet jacks).
• Familiar with CK31 & CK71 scanners; SQF certification preferred
• Able to work in refrigerated/frozen environment 0–36 degrees.
• Physically capable of lifting 20–100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow directions to pick products from refrigerated/frozen warehouse.
• Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, and related equipment.
• Identify and select cases from inventory locations.
• Pick, palletize, wrap and scan orders using FIFO.
• Stack product on pallets and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain product integrity through proper handling.
• Return undelivered or mis-picked items to inventory.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections of MHE.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with shift duties and meet scheduling needs.
