Job summary

Quirch Foods, LLC in Greensboro, NC is seeking a warehouse selector to accurately pick from pick tickets in a refrigerated/frozen environment, operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks to move product to shipping.

This role requires 18+ years, ability to read and write English, experience with MHE, and willingness to work Sundays through Thursdays with possible overtime. Safety, attendance, and FIFO discipline are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work Sunday–Thursday, 5 PM to finish, with overtime.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English for labels, scans, and papers.
• Experience in a warehouse picking using electric pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Familiar with CK31 & CK71 scanner; SQF certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow pick tickets to select product in refrigerated/frozen warehouse.
• Operate forklift and electric pallet jack as needed.
• Pick, palletize, wrap and scan orders using FIFO.
• Hand stack product in a specific sequence and location on a pallet.
• Maintain product integrity and return undelivered or mis-picked items.
• Transport product to shipping area within the facility on time.
• Follow safety rules and maintain a safe working environment.
• Observe safe product handling techniques and cooperate with supervisors.
