Job summary

ShopRite of Neptune is seeking a dedicated associate to support the Frozen Foods department. You will price, stock, rotate merchandise, and maintain a clean, appealing department while following safety and QA standards.

Customer service and accurate shelf maintenance are essential. You will work with team members to greet customers, assist with inquiries, and ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, analyze and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Stand/walk for the duration of shift; lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful way.
• Work cooperatively with others and adhere to schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and QA standards in the Frozen Foods department.
• Price, stock and rotate merchandise and keep displays neat and appealing.
• Operate equipment (balers/compactors) and report any issues.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and stock availability.
• Unload trucks and stock cases, rotate products, and keep floors clean.
