ShopRite of MARLTON in Marlton, NJ is seeking a Frozen Department Associate to price, stock, and rotate merchandise while maintaining a neat and safe department. You will perform tasks efficiently in line with company policy to deliver a great customer experience.

This role requires strong English language skills, basic math, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work with fresh and frozen foods. You will greet customers and assist the Frozen Manager as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak English.
• Basic math proficiency required.
• Stand/walk for long shifts.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally; 25 lbs. regularly.
• Work with fresh, dried, or processed foods.
• Operate at heights and in refrigerated areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and QA standards in the Frozen Department.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; keep displays neat and clean.
• Assist Frozen Manager as needed and ensure proper pricing.
• Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Unload trucks and transport merchandise to the Frozen Foods area.
• Check prices and locate items in the store.
• Adhere to safety policies and company procedures.
