Job summary

JBS Foods seeks a Picking & Replenishment Supervisor for our frozen food distribution center in North Carolina. Lead case picking, replenishment, and product movement while upholding cold chain integrity and food safety. Develop a high performing team and drive accurate outbound order fulfillment.

You will oversee labor, coordinate with Receiving and Shipping, and ensure FEFO rotation and proper zone labeling. Strong leadership and WMS experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations, preferably in cold storage.
• Experience supervising hourly warehouse associates and equipment operators.
• Proficiency with WMS systems, RF scanning, and productivity reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Knowledge of FEFO, cold chain requirements, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking and outbound operations, including case selection, pallet building, labeling, and staging.
• Assign labor based on orders, priorities, and staffing levels to meet schedules.
• Monitor real time progress to ensure timely order fulfillment and accuracy.
• Ensure proper pallet configuration, stability, and adherence to customer specs.
• Lead replenishment, put-away, slotting, and inventory accuracy activities.
• Maintain safety, training, and leadership for a high performing team.
