Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a Frozen Foods Selector and Case Picker for the Night Shift to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment in a temperature-controlled environment. You will select cases, replenish inventory, verify lot numbers and expiration dates, and prepare orders for shipment while upholding food safety and cold-chain integrity.

You will use RF scanners and WMS daily, working with Teams Leads, Supervisors, and Shipping to meet nightly volume goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with order fulfillment, case picking, or similar.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and WMS preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy cases.
• Ability to work night shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Fulfillment: select orders using RF scanners and WMS workflows; build pallets per safety and quality standards.
• Inventory Handling & Replenishment: replenish locations, verify inventory, report discrepancies; follow FEFO.
• WMS & RF Scanner Operations: operate RF devices and WMS; note issues and resolve simple discrepancies.
• Quality, Accuracy & Audits: participate in audits; verify labels and quantities; minimize errors.
• Safety & Cold Chain Compliance: follow OSHA/HACCP/GMP; wear PPE; maintain freezer integrity.
• Teamwork & Operational Support: collaborate with leads and teams; support nightly goals and cross-train.
