Job summary

wildforkfoods seeks a Picking & Replenishment Supervisor for our frozen food distribution center in North Carolina. You will lead case picking, replenishment, and product movement, ensuring cold chain integrity and accurate order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse or distribution operations, cold storage preferred.
• Experience supervising hourly associates and equipment operators.
• Proficiency with WMS, RF scanning, and productivity reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of FEFO and cold chain requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily picking and outbound operations, assign labor, monitor progress, validate pallets, and check labeling.
• Oversee replenishment & put-away activities and ensure accurate transactions and FEFO rotation.
• Supervise and develop pickers, forklift operators, and replenishment specialists.
• Ensure accurate transactions via RF scanning and WMS workflows; investigate discrepancies.
• Enforce safety, OSHA and cold storage standards; train on equipment operation.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Inventory Control, Maintenance, and IT to optimize flow.
