Achieve sales and profit goals established for the department, and monitor and control all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the department. Support the day-to-day functions of the Frozen Foods operations. Minimum requirements include:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction)
  • Ability to handle stressful situations
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Desired qualifications include:

  • High school education or equivalent preferred
  • Management experience preferred
  • Retail Experience
  • Second language (speaking, reading, and/or writing)

Additional responsibilities include promoting trust and respect among associates, communicating company, department, and job-specific information, collaborating to achieve goals, establishing performance targets, developing schedules, training and developing staff, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, creating a welcoming environment for customers, maintaining product knowledge, developing business plans, managing inventory, adhering to food safety regulations, and reporting safety risks or illegal activities.
