• Ensure adequate stock by proper ordering and inventory control to prevent spoilage.
• Plan work schedules with a supervisor to support department needs.
• Ensure prompt receipt and proper handling of incoming products from suppliers.
• Understand sales, gross profit, labor and inventory and their impact on operations.
• Train and supervise team members as needed and timely.
