Qualifications

• Leadership experience and passion for helping youth succeed.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Age 21 or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background and drug screening.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience working with youth, behavioral health, education, residential services, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within a residential program.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Youth Care Workers and Youth Mentors.
• Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and professionalism.
• Keep programs organized, structured, and running effectively.
• Support staff growth through coaching and real-time feedback.
• Lead shift meetings, team huddles, and post-incident debriefs.
• Partner closely with clinicians and leadership teams.
• Respond to challenges with confidence and sound judgment.
• Ensure documentation, communication, and expectations stay on track.
• Help youth feel safe, respected, and supported every day.
