Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, coach, and advocate for youth, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.
• Lead group activities that foster trust, stability and personal growth.
• Guide youth in completing daily tasks and developing essential life skills.
• Provide emotional support and teach healthy coping mechanisms for stress.
• Collaborate with the Treatment Team to design individualized care plans.
• Document progress and key events to keep everyone aligned in care.
• Use verbal de-escalation strategies to manage challenges effectively.
• Promote hygiene, health, and safety to maintain a secure environment.
