Anderson Behavior al Health is seeking an Activities Coordinator for our residential program. You will design and lead engaging activities, outings, and events that support youth development and treatment goals.

This role requires creativity, energy, and a commitment to trauma-informed care. You will collaborate with residential, clinical, educational, and nursing staff to create meaningful experiences, build confidence, and help youth discover strengths.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Experience working with youth preferred.
• Ability to pass required background and employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Create experiences and lead engaging activities for youth in the residential program.
• Facilitate recreation, games, sports, creative projects, life-skills activities, and events.
• Develop positive relationships and encourage teamwork among youth.
• Plan monthly activity schedules and gather feedback to improve programs.
• Work with residential, clinical, educational, and nursing staff to support treatment goals.
• Maintain safety, participation records, and required documentation.
