Job summary

Waste Pro, USA is looking for a Helper to assist the refuse truck driver on pre-assigned routes to collect garbage, yard waste, or recycling. You will manually lift and load items, help operate basic loading equipment, and ensure daily route completion.

You will provide courteous customer service, follow safety policies, and help keep work areas clean. This on-site role requires physical stamina for long shifts in varying weather conditions.

• Be able to read, write and comprehend reports well enough to complete daily assignments.

Responsibilities

• Picks up solid waste and places it in the back of a rear load garbage truck on specified routes.
• Provides courteous customer service and supports safe refuse operations.
• Ensures garbage and recyclables are picked up and transferred properly.
• Assists Driver in safely backing up the truck from the ground.
• Cleans behind the compactor blade and maintains the hopper area.
