United Fidelity Bank is seeking a Teller, Taskforce to serve as the friendly, frontline face of the branch, handling deposits, withdrawals, and cash transactions while educating customers on products and services.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, accuracy in cash handling, and support for branch operations. Weekend/evening work and regular travel between branches are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all policies, procedures, disclosures, regulations and consumer privacy requirements.
• Answer customer questions and explain available services.
• Process checking and savings deposits and/or withdrawals.
• Check cashing/cashier checks/cash advances.
• Cross-selling bank products and services.
• Refer customers to the proper department for issues that cannot be resolved at the teller line.
• Cash counting.
• Processing loan payments.
• Buy and sell currency from the vault as necessary.
• Balance drawer daily, including periodic batching of transactions.
• Perform all duties in relation to the Bank Secrecy Act under the guidance of the BSA Officer.
