Community Financial System, Inc. seeks a friendly Teller to deliver accurate transactions and warm, customer-focused service at our branch. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and routine inquiries while maintaining cash balance and security.

The role emphasizes needs-based conversations, digital tool education, and collaboration with teammates to support branch operations and exceptional customer experiences. 30 hours weekly, on site in Massena NY.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ability to complete internal teller and product training.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to travel to training; reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to banking software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Process routine financial transactions with accuracy and balance cash drawer.
• Assist customers with needs-based conversations and educate on digital banking tools.
• Refer customers to branch partners for additional services and solutions.
• Support lobby and queue management and maintain security and confidentiality.
