Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small team of 10–15 employees.
• Provide exceptional guest experience with quality service.
• Assist with limited admin tasks and equipment checks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility.
