Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager in Hendersonville, NC to lead a small team on a fast-paced outdoor site. You’ll help deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure equipment readiness, and maintain a clean facility.

The role blends leadership with hands-on operations and some admin tasks. With 2+ years of leadership, you will drive safety, efficiency, and team development, while schedules offer 35–45 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours outdoors in variable weather.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10–15 employees, fostering teamwork and a positive culture.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
• Support training and development of staff at every position.
