Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long hours and work outdoors.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees and promote teamwork.

• Assist in limited admin tasks and quick checks on equipment.
