Job summary

Travel Leisure Resort Development Inc is seeking sales representatives in Bell Township, Pennsylvania, to conduct face-to-face presentations at our resorts. The role involves building rapport with prospective owners and articulating the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.

• Conduct face‑to‑face presentations in our state‑of‑the‑art sales centers located at one of our award‑winning resorts.
• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and utilizing proper closing techniques.
• All leads are pre‑qualified and provided by the company; no cold calling required.
• Attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
• Assist other Frontline Sales Representatives by closing transactions and providing training and coaching.

Compensation

During the initial training period, the hourly wage is $16.00 plus commissions and bonuses. After the training period, compensation is commission‑based with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
