Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a dynamic on-site sales professional to engage prospective owners and present our luxury vacation experiences. You will establish rapport, conduct in-person presentations, and clearly articulate the benefits of traveling with our travel club and ownership brands.

The role emphasizes closing techniques, a strong production track record, and willingness to recruit and mentor new sales hires while participating in ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Wyndham Travel + Leisure sales experience is required.
• Must have a proven track record of maintaining production standards.
• Ability to overcome objections and perform in a luxury sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish commonality and build rapport with prospective and/or current owners.
• Conduct in-person sales presentations.
• Articulate the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Travel + Leisure.
• Generate sales through initializing transactions and proper closing techniques.
• Assist with recruiting, training and managing of all sales new hires.
• Assist with and attend ongoing, advanced sales and career training.
