Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Frontline Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team at our Sevierville site. You will drive daily transactions to meet targets, participate in recruiting and developing associates, and collaborate with training to deliver effective onboarding.

Requirements include 1–3 years of Wyndham sales experience, team management experience preferred, and a high school diploma with college degree preferred. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is required.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Presidents Club recipient preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
