Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Frontline Sales Manager in Nashville, TN to lead a sales team and achieve defined targets. You will deliver daily transactions, maintain customer satisfaction, and collaborate with training to develop future sales associates. Occasional group presentations and weekend/holiday availability are required.

The role requires 1–3 years of Wyndham sales experience, preferably with team management skills. A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of Wyndham sales experience is required.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions on a daily basis.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor the performance goals of direct reports.
• Recruiting future sales associates.
• May be responsible for group sales presentations.
