Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a sales-focused professional to drive targets at the Phoenix site. You will close transactions daily, maintain high customer satisfaction, and support training and recruitment efforts for the sales team.

The role emphasizes ethical sales practices, leadership of direct reports, and active participation in meetings. Arizona applicants with real estate licensure or willingness to obtain one are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Travel + Leisure sales experience required.
• Experience in managing sales teams is preferred.
• Presidents Club recipient preferred.
• Maintain production standards.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to sales policies and represent the company professionally.
• Close transactions daily to meet defined sales targets.
• Train, evaluate, and monitor performance of direct reports.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and group trainings.
• Collaborate with Site Trainer for initial and ongoing training.
• Recruit future sales associates and lead presentations when needed.
